HESITATION DRIVEAWAY - 3.8L - COLD START ABOVE 70~ AMBIENT TEMPERATURE

The above vehicles may experience driveaway hesitations during high ambient (+70~) cold starts and also during stabilized engine temperatures. This condition is most prevalent during green engine operation (0-1500 odometer miles). If this condition persists beyond 1,600 miles, perform Quick Test to verify other engine system function. If the hesitation persists, replace the processor as shown below.

Select a prominent place adjacent to the Vehicle Emission Control Information decal suitable for installing the Authorized Modifications decal. Clean the area, install the decal and cover it with a clear plastic decal shield.
