To perform this adjustment, engine idle must be set to specifications and must be at normal operating temperature.
Open throttle lever so actuating lever does not make contact with fuel bowl vent rod, Fig. 4. Close throttle lever to idle set position and measure travel of fuel bowl vent rod at point ``A,'' Fig. 4. This distance represents vent rod travel from point where there is no contact with actuating lever to point where actuating lever moves vent rod to idle set position. Bend throttle actuating lever as needed until travel measures .100 - .150 inch.
