ISSUE: Rough engine idle, surging and/or stalling may be caused by a vacuum leak at the carburetor spacer assembly. Heat may cause the gasket of the insulating spacer below the carburetor or CFI throttle body to shrink causing a vacuum leak.

ACTION: To correct this, install a new design carburetor spacer assembly (E6SZ-9C477-A).
