Emissions Recall 91E14 - Exhaust System Catalyst Inspection/Replacement on Certain 1986/1987 and 1988 model 49-States Passenger Cars with 3.8L engines.

REASON FOR RECALL:
The substrate material in the catalysts on the affected vehicles may rattle and break up during normal customer usage. If the substrate breaks up, the exhaust emissions levels may exceed Federal standards.

SERVICE ACTION:
Cars returned for service will be inspected and, if necessary, the exhaust system catalysts will be replaced.
