LABOR ALLOWANCE

Replace the Exhaust System Catalyst and Y-Pipe Assembly; Prepare the Removed Catalysts for Return; Prepare and Attach the preprinted Authorized Modifications Decal (Provided in the Parts Kit).

1.1 Hrs. - insert in Box "B" on Form 1864

Note: Add 0.1 Hour Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.

PARTS REQUIREMENTS

Review your copy of the "Recall Notification and Administrative Control System - Dealer Report" for the total number of involved vehicles.

Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels. To provide an adequate supply of parts for all dealers, order only the parts you can use in one week. No parts will be direct-shipped to you.

PARTS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

CATALYSTS IN THE REMOVED ASSEMBLIES MUST BE RETURNED. Prepare the catalysts by cutting them from the y-pipe assemblies. Return only the catalysts using the following instructions:
^ Catalysts (2) must be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) prepaid freight in the shipping container provided to:

^ Provide a micro number (a copy of the freight bill or 1864 claim form) in an oil-proof envelope with the returned parts.
^ Claim for the prepaid freight charges on the Form 1864.
^ Parts returned must have been purchased directly from FPSD in accordance with Policy and Procedure Bulletin 4000.


FAILURE TO RETURN THESE CATALYSTS MAY SUBJECT THE CLAIM TO CHARGEBACK.
