Test 7, Spark Plug Wire Check

1. Check resistance of spark plug wires and condition of insulation.
2. If resistance is less than 5000 ohms per inch and insulation is satisfactory, proceed to TEST 8.
3. If resistance is more than 5000 ohms per inch or wires are in poor condition, replace wires, then try to start engine. If engine does not start, proceed to TEST 8.
