A rattling noise coming from the left rear underbody may be caused by the parking brake adjuster bracket making contact with nearby sheet metal or the tie down strap. To check for this condition, drive the vehicle slowly with the parking brake slightly applied. If the rattling stops, install a new insulator (E6DZ-2A852-A) using the following procedure:
1. Remove left side tie down strap.
2. Thoroughly clean sheet metal adjacent to parking brake adjuster bracket.

3. Install insulator (E6DZ-2A852-A) on sheet metal as shown in Figure 5.
