ISSUE: Rear radio speakers that do not work or only work occasionally may be caused by defective wiring harness connector terminals and/or dirty rear speaker PCB (Printed Circuit Board) terminals.

ACTION: To correct this, replace the connector terminals and clean the rear speaker(s) PCB terminals using the following service procedure.

1. Disconnect the hardshell connector from the non-working rear speaker(s). Remove the two old terminals from the connector.

2. Cut the old terminals from the wiring assembly and replace with new terminals (D3AZ-14474- H). Put the connector and new terminals back together.

3. Apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to a clean cloth and wipe the rear speaker(s) PCB terminals.

4. Reconnect the hardshell connector to the rear speaker(s) and check for proper speaker(s) operation.
