CARES/OASIS YOU MUST USE CARES OR OASIS TO DETERMINE IF A
VEHTCLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RECALL.


PROMPTLY Affected vehicles on the enclosed list.
CORRECT
Other eligible vehicles which are
brought to your dealership.


DEALER-OWNER Immediately contact any owner whose name
CONTACT is not on the list. Give owner a copy
of the Owner Letter. Arrange with the
owner for a service date.


DISTRICT Advise district office if:
CONTACT - an owner cannot be contacted.
- an owner does not pake a service date.


FPSD CONTACT Talk with your FPSD Service Zone Manager
about recall matters.


FORM 1863/64 Submit 1864 claims using DWE for all
completed vehicles. You may use your
original 1863 for your record file copy.


REFUND When all or a portion of the repair covered by
this recall (corrosion-related fracture of the
front brake rotor) has been paid by the owner
and/or the dealer prior to the release of the
recall, both the owner and/or dealer ars eligible
for a refund. The recall service must also be
performed on cars that were repaired with
Composite rotors.

POLICY MANUAL Warranty and Policy Manual for claims
preparation.
