ISSUE: Poor adhesion of lower body accent vinyl paint stripes may be caused by the paint on the vehicle reacting with the type of adhesive on the vinyl paint stripe.

ACTION: If service is required, a new accent vinyl paint stripe kit (E7WY-6620000- EA) with an improved adhesive should be installed. The new kit has only two
(2) stripes instead of the original four
(4) stripes. The difference in appearance makes it necessary to remove all vinyl paint stripes from the vehicle and replace all the vinyl paint stripes with the contents of the new vinyl paint stripe kit.
