ISSUE: An air draft may enter the passenger compartment through the front and rear door handles when the windows are fully or partly open. When the windows are open a vacuum develops inside the passenger compartment that pulls air through the door handles. The affected units are all except base series vehicles.

ACTION: To correct this, install a foam gasket around all the door handles to improve sealing quality. Refer to the following service procedure.

1. Remove front door arm rest pad and arm rest base.

2. Remove rear door arm rest pad on four (4) door models.

3. Install one (1) foam gasket (E8FZ-58224A26-A) around each door handle, Figure 2.

4. Reinstall rear door arm rest pad.

5. Reinstall front door arm rest base and arm rest pad.
