PROCEDURES
1. Check for applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSB).
2. Perform Initial Test Drive and Diagnosis By Symptom.

3. Begin repairs, lift and support rear of vehicle, remove rear wheels and release the parking-brake.
4. Remove and Inspect drums, resurface or replace if necessary.
- Remove drum.
Service and Repair
- Inspect drum.

5. Repack wheel-bearings.

6. Clean and Inspect rear brake assembly.

7. Remove brake-shoes.

8. Replace backing-plate if necessary.

9. Rebuild or replace wheel-cylinder if necessary.

10. Install brake-shoes.
