Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair

Four & Six Cylinder Engines

If pressure relief valve is to be removed with fuel charging assembly installed on engine, release fuel system pressure as previously described.
1. Remove pressure relief valve from fuel injection manifold using suitable tool.
2. Install valve and cap into manifold. Torque valve to 48 - 84 inch lbs. and cap to 4 - 6 inch lbs.
