Fuel Injectors - Mismarked Stock

Subject: Request for Inspection and Return of Fuel Injector E6SZ-9F593-A
Because of the potential that some stock was mismarked, all inventories of subject part should be inspected to assure parts are correctly identified. Part Number E6SZ-9F593-A with engineering number E67E-B1B moulded on the gray plastic part of the injector is correctly identified. Mismarked stock has the Chrysler number 4306018 moulded on the injector. All mismarked parts should be returned to your facing PDC within 30 days from the date of this letter. Replacement stock of the same part number is available for ordering immediately.
You are requested to complete a separate FPS-340 form in accordance with the instructions on the front of the form. Annotate "Returned Per FPSD Instructions Purge No. PN 1039" in the Customer's Detail Explanation Section and use Reason Code J (Unsatisfactory Service Stock).
You will receive full credit in your parts statement for the price of each unused part returned, plus the prepaid transportation cost. In order to receive return credit, all parts must be received at the Parts Distribution Center within 30 days from the date of this letter. Material other than E6SZ-9F593-A received on this return will be sent back to you freight collect.
