Decal, Warranty Card and Vehicle Registration "A" of 1864 Form.
Certificate - All OK)

Inspect and Install VIN plate, Warranty 2.9 Hrs. Insert in Box
Card and, if Required, the Safety Compliance "B" of 1864 Form.
Decal and assist Owner in Obtaining Revised
Registration Certificate if necessary

Administrative Allowance 0.1 Hrs.

NOTE:
The 0.1 Hour Administrative Allowance must be added to the Inspect Only or Inspect and Install time before inserting the total labor time in either Box "A" or "B" on the 1864 Form.
