REASON FOR Ford Motor Company is voluntarily recalling some 1985, 1986 and
THIS LETTER 1987-model cars equipped with certain 1.9, 2.3 or 2.5 liter
engines, (Emissions Recall 89E78). Our records show that you own one of these cars. Your car's engine may be releasing air pollutants which exceed U.S. Federal or California standards.
