ISSUE: A loss of speed on hills or grades when the speed control is engaged may be caused by a plugged aspirator.

ACTION: To correct this, unplug the aspirator exhaust port by using the following service procedure.

FIGURE 4:

1. Insert a paper clip or similar stiff wire into the exposed aspirator exhaust port, Figure 4.

2. Unplug the aspirator by pushing the wire through to clear out any debris blocking air flow.
