Test 13, Ignition Coil Test

1. Perform coil primary and secondary resistance checks.
2. If coil resistance is within specifications, problem is in ECA related circuits.
3. If coil resistance is not within specifications, replace coil, then try to start engine. If engine will not start, problem is in ECA related circuits.
