This bulletin is to advise you that the letter is being sent to owners of cars affected by the subject recall. The letter informs owners that have not had this recall work performed that the service provided by the recall is temporarily suspended.

In the future, we will provide revised modification instructions for all cars involved in the recall. At that time, you and the owners will receive notification by letter.

While the revised modification is being developed, OASIS will carry the following message for cars involved in this recall; "EMISSION RECALL SUSPENDED - DO NOT PERFORM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE".
