Fuel Sub-System

The fuel system supplies filtered, pressurized fuel to each injector. The system consists of the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel rail, pressure regulator and the fuel injectors. A fuel tank mounted electric fuel pump supplies fuel to each injector through the fuel rail. Pressure is regulated by the pressure regulator valve which is located at the return side of the fuel rail.
