ISSUE:
Semi-metallic brake lining material used on 1990-1991 Police Vehicles may exhibit early wear. This is normally caused by the severe service demands required by police vehicles.

ACTION:
Replace original equipment shoe/lining or replacement linings (FOAZ-2001-A) with revised semi-metallic linings used on 1992-1993 Police Vehicle, (F2AZ-2001-A). The revised linings will improve lining life and enhance fade characteristics.
