Pump Bearing Replacement
The bearing used in the AXOD pump cover is Torrington(R) number B-127. Torrington(R) only makes this bearing for Ford and it is not available to the after market. To get the original OEM bearing you must buy a new pump cover. However, Torrington(R) does make a bearing number B-128 which is available through most bearing supply houses. All the dimensions are the same except it is .062" taller than the factory bearing and will fit with no interference. Make sure you install the bearing with the curved end facing the pump shaft seal. If your kit doesn't have a pump shaft seal, get one from Ford. When you install the seal, make sure the lip faces the rotor.
