For Owner-paid repairs made before date of Owner Letter:

- Misc. Expense Field - REFUND
- Misc. Expense Field - ADMIN
- Misc. Expense Field - 0.2 Hrs.

RENTAL CARS

Ford Motor Company will pay for rental vehicles except for fuel, which will be at owner's expense. Dealers must stay within ESP guidelines of $25.00 per day and must enter rental charges on warranty claim follow 1863 submitted for 94M84 program repairs as follows:

For dealers not on ACESII Pilot:

Enter the word "Rent" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Labor Operation column (i.e. Rent5) and the net amount in the Amount column.

For dealers on ACESII Pilot:.

Enter the word "LOANER" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Misc. Expense Field.
