Ford Motor Company is providing a no-charge Service Program, Number 94M84, to owners of 1991 Model Year Taurus/Sable and Continental cars equipped with Automatic Transmissions.

REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM
Your vehicle may experience erratic transmission operation.

WHAT WE WILL DO
If you should experience erratic transmission operation, at no charge to you, your dealer will repair or, if necessary, replace your automatic transmission. This no-charge service is available for 6 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from original warranty start date, or for 6 months from the date of this letter, whichever provides greater coverage.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
PLEASE KEEP THIS LETTER. If your car should exhibit the condition described above within the indicated time/mileage limitations, contact your dealer. Show the dealer this letter. If you misplace this letter, your dealer will still do the work free of charge.

COURTESY CARS
While your transmission is being repaired or replaced, your dealer will provide you with a free (except for fuel) courtesy vehicle.

REFUNDS
If you paid to have this service done before the date of this letter, Ford is offering a full refund. For the refund, please give your original paid work-order to your dealer.

CHANGED ADDRESS OR SOLD THE CAR?
Please fill out the enclosed prepaid postcard and mail it to us if you have changed your address or sold the car.
