ISSUE: An inoperative engine cooling fan and the air conditioning system may be caused by a "blown" fuse. This occurs when the engine cooling fan starts and causes a voltage spike resulting in a blown fuse.

ACTION: Replace the blown 20 amp fuse with a 25 amp fuse. Install a new decal (FPS 8262) on the fuse panel cover designating a 25 amp fuse for the engine cooling fan.
