Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Gently pry windshield wiper linkage from ball socket at motor.
3. Disconnect motor electrical connectors.
4. Remove motor to dash panel attaching bolts and rubber insulators, then remove wiper motor.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque motor to dash panel attaching bolts and insulators to 5-7 ft. lbs.
