Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc: Service and Repair

When installing radio, adjust antenna trimmer for peak performance.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Install radio removal tool No. T87P-19061-A or equivalent, into face plate. Push tools in approximately one inch to release retaining clips.
3. Slightly spread tools and pull radio from dash.
4. Disconnect power, antenna and speaker leads from radio.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Ensure rear bracket is engaged on lower support rail.
