Caster and Camber

Caster & Camber Adjustment:





Camber and Caster adjustment tools No. T79P-3000-A are required to accurately adjust caster and camber.
1. Loosen two nuts on top of adjustment cams. Fig. 4.
2. Turn hex cams as required to obtain desired valve.
3. Adjust camber and caster on each wheel as determined by alignment specification.
4. If correct specification cannot be obtained, ensure upper control arm to frame retaining bolts are centered in slots. Loosen and reposition as required. Torque to 101-140 ft. lbs.
5. After proper settings have been obtained, hold each cam and Torque nuts to 107-129 ft. lbs.
6. Check toe-in and steering wheel spoke position.
