This TSB article is being republished in its entirety to correct the dealer coding information.
ISSUE:
A noise or "rattle" heard from the engine area may be caused by the power steering cooler attaching bolts being over-torqued and piercing the power steering cooler mounting bracket resulting in the bracket becoming loose.
ACTION:
Replace the mounting bolts with new bolts, Refer to the following service procedure for details.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Remove and discard the existing hex head bolt attaching the power steering cooler to the mounting bracket.
2. Replace with new screw and washer assemblies (Part No. N606676-S36). Refer to Figures 1 and 2.
