ISSUE:
The engine may not crank or start because the # 33 circuit on the 12A581 and 14290 wiring harnesses is shorted at the transmission case.

ACTION:





Add convoluted tubing to the # 33 circuit on the 12A581 and 14290 wiring harnesses to prevent wiring shorts, Figure 1. Cut the convoluted tubing as needed and secure it to the harnesses with black electrical tape.
