ISSUE:
Washer solution may be forced out of the washer nozzles because of pressure build-up in the reservoir. The cap seals too tightly, allowing pressure to build up in the reservoir as heat from the engine is transferred to the washer fluid.

ACTION:





Drill a 1/8" (3.175 mm) hole in the aft side of the cap column, Figure 1. This allows venting of pressure caused by engine heat.
