The Emission Calibration Label is attached to the drivers-side door or door post pillar. It identifies the engine year, calibration design, and design revision level. These numbers are used to identify service parts and engine specifications regarding the Emission Controls designed for the vehicle.
CALIBRATION CODE (example) 0-25F-R00
The first number represents the model year in which the Calibration was first introduced. 0 = 1990
The second group represents the design level assigned to the engine (25F).
The third group represents the revision level of the calibration (R00). These numbers advance as revisions occur.
