Vacuum Vent Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect vacuum hose (white stripe) from servo that leads to dump valve.
2. Connect a hand vacuum pump tool No. 021-00037 or equivalent to hose, and draw vacuum. If a vacuum can not be obtained, either the hose or dump valve are leaking, and should be replaced.
3. Depress brake pedal, vacuum should be released. If vacuum is not released, adjust or replace dump valve.
