Horn: Description and Operation

Voltage is present at the Horn Relay coil and contacts at all times through the STOP Fuse.

Pressing on the steering wheel horn pad closes the Horn Switch contacts, grounding the Horn Relay coil. The coil is energized and the Relay contacts close. Current flows through the STOP Fuse, the Horn Relay contacts and the Horn to ground. The Horn sounds.
