Heated Glass Element: Description and Operation

When the Ignition Switch is in the "RUN" position, voltage is applied to the Rear Window Defroster Switch. When the Rear Window Defroster Switch is closed, current flows through the 10A METER fuse and the Rear Window Defroster Switch is energize the Rear Window Defroster Relay. With the coil of the relay energized, the contacts close, allowing current to flow through the 20A HTD B-LIGHT fuse to the Rear Window Defroster Grid.
