Power Locks: Description and Operation
OPERATIONThe Power Door Locks are powered through the SEAT/LOCK Circuit Breaker, which is hot at all times.
When either Door Lock Switch is pressed to LOCK, voltage is applied to the 117 (PK/BK) wires, and the 118 (PK/O) wires are switched to ground.
When either Door Lock Switch is pressed to UNLOCK, the 117 (PK/BK) wires are switched to ground, and voltage is applied to the 118 (PK/O) wires.
