BRAKES - REAR - BRAKE PEDAL PULSATION FROM DRUM ROUGHNESS

ISSUE:
Rear brake drum roughness may occur because of the rear drum's manufacturing tolerances.
ACTION:
Install new rear brake drums in axle sets which are manufactured to revised tolerances to minimize rear brake roughness. Refer to the 1989-91 Thunderbird/Cougar Service Manual, Section 12-02, or the 1992-93 Thunderbird/Cougar Service Manual, Section 06-02, for service details.
