Claims
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Sections 5 & 6.

Owner Refunds
See ACESII Manual, Section 3-59 for submission procedures.

For owner-paid repairs made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made prior to completion of this repair procedure, away from the selling dealer and within the program guidelines), enter using DWE.
