Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.
SPRING ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Refer to parts catalog. Springs must be ordered using proper vehicle spring codes as identified on the vehicle certification label. Use this code to select the proper spring service part number from the application charts which are sequenced by spring code.
NOTE:
Both springs must be replaced, even if only one spring is broken.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.

- Tire damage caused by a fractured spring, enter claim under "Related Damage".
