Headlamp: Description and Operation

OPERATION
Power is applied at all times to the Main Light Switch.

Current flows through the Main Light Switch (when it is in the "HEAD" position) to the Dimmer Switch (inside the Multi-function Switch).

Curent then flows to either the "LO" or "HI" Beam Headlamps.

The Multi-function Dimmer Switch position ("LO"/"HI") determines headlamp beam operation.

When the Dimmer Switch lever is pulled part way toward the driver, the Flash-to-pass Switch closes, providing power to the Hi Beam Headlamps from Fuse 10.
