FA13 - Check Fuel Pump Ground

^ Key "OFF".

^ Disconnect the fuel pump connector.

^ Measure the resistance between the "BK" wire at the fuel pump connector and ground.

^ Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

YES -- Go to FB2. FB2 - In-Line Fuel Filter Condition

NO -- Service ground wire of the fuel pump.
