This TSB is being republished in its entirety to correct the dealer coding basic part number.

ISSUE:
Customers may experience reduced visibility through the convertible top backlight window. This may be due to deterioration of the convertible top backlight material caused by UV and environmental contamination.

ACTION:
A new backlight repair kit is available, allowing dealers to repair the backlight without removing or replacing the entire top. Obtain and install a Convertible Top Backlight Repair Kit (F4JY-76420A26-S). Refer to Instruction Sheet # 6731 (included in each kit) for service details.
