Clutch: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Attach a hose to bleeder valve on clutch slave cylinder.
3. Depress clutch pedal to floor and hold.
4. Open bleeder valve 1/2 turn.
5. Watch for air bubbles in brake fluid while bleeding.

NOTE: Keep reservoir full of fluid while bleeding.

6. Close bleeder screw, then release clutch pedal.
7. Open bleeder valve 1/4 turn, then push pedal down as far as it will go. Close valve and release pedal.
8 Fill reservoir, then check clutch for proper operation. Repeat procedure as necessary.
