- Check air intake for leaks, obstructions, and damage.

- Check air filter, air filter box for blockage.

- Check crankcase ventilation system integrity.

- Check engine vacuum integrity.

- Are problems indicated?

YES -- SERVICE as required.

NO -- GO to HB3. HB3 - Check Fuel Trim PID Status
