- Reconnect PCM to vehicle harness.

- Disconnect ICM.

- Measure the resistance from SPOUT jack to PWR GND jack.

- Is resistance greater than 10K ohms?

Yes -- GO to Z175. Z175

No -- REPLACE the PCM.
