C27 Check Motor Speed Sensor Short to Battery+

- Turn ignition switch to RUN.

- Measure voltage between breakout box pins 31 and 60.

- Is B+ present?

YES -- Go to C28. C28 Check Pump Motor

NO -- Go to C31. C31 Check Motor Speed Sensor Short to Ground
