DD31 - Check EGR Valve Vacuum Hose

- EGR valve vacuum hose disconnected.

- Inspect the EGR valve vacuum hose from the EGR valve to the EGR Vacuum (EGRV), EGR Atmospheric (EGRA) solenoids for obstructions, cracks, kinks, and loose connections, etc.

- Is EGR valve vacuum hose in good condition?

Yes -- Reconnect EGR valve vacuum hose. Go to DD32. DD32 - Check Vacuum to EGRV Solenoid

No -- Service EGR valve vacuum hose as necessary. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
