KA2 - Check EVR Solenoid Electrical Operation

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Disconnect EVR solenoid.

- Connect DVOM positive test lead to VPWR pin and negative test lead to EVR circuit at the EVR solenoid vehicle harness connector.

- DVOM at 20 volt scale.

- While observing DVOM, depress and release the throttle several times to cycle the solenoid output.

- Does the EVR solenoid output voltage change greater than 0.5 volt?

Yes -- Go to KA3. KA3 - Check EVR Solenoid Valve Operation

No -- Remove jumper. Go to KA6. KA6 - Check EVR Solenoid VPWR
