OASIS
You must use OASIS to determine if a vehicle is eligible for this program.

Note:
Submission of an "M" program claim will not remove the vehicle from OASIS because the affected vehicles are eligible for repeat repairs if the affected condition reoccurs during the program time and mileage period.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

OWNER REFUNDS

Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid repairs made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer).

All supporting documentation must be retained in accordance with the Warranty and Policy Manual.

RENTAL CARS

If a cooling fan and motor replacement is necessary and parts must be ordered, Ford will pay for 3 days in a rental vehicle except for fuel and insurance, which will be at the owner's expense. If additional days are needed for unusual circumstances, call the Special Service Support Center to request approval. Follow Extended Service Plan (ESP) guidelines for rental dollar amounts. Enter the word "RENTAL" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Miscellaneous Expense area of the recall claim.
