1-2 SHIFT FEELS HARSH OR SOFT1. Incorrect oil pressure.
2. 1-2 accumulator regulator valve stuck, nicked, or damaged.
3. 1-2 accumulator regulator valve spring missing, or damaged.
4. 1-2 accumulator capacity modulator valve stuck, nicked, or damaged.
5. 1-2 accumulator capacity modulator valve spring missing or damaged.
6. 1-2 accumulator assembly piston stuck or damaged.
7. 1-2 accumulator assembly seal damaged or missing.
8. 1-2 accumulator assembly springs damaged or missing.
9. No. 12 check ball missing.
10. Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) solenoid inoperative.
11. Powertrain Control Module (PCM) inoperative.
